So my new TORS arrived today.

I have many questions most of which have been answered in other posts
I'm sure. But to be completely honest searching through posts on my cell is a real pain in the ass so I'm hoping you guys will bear with me

Initially my plan was to install the pipes myself, and then take the bike to the dealer for the tune.

Now I'd like to do it all myself.

I'll get straight to the point

How the hell do I put these on?
What are these little round carbon looking things?

Do I use Tune ECU for the TORS tune?
How the hell do I do that?

I appreciate any help I can get
