alright, can some one explain why my gas consumption has increased by 30% with new headers and open exhaust? and my riding riding is same as before, nothing changed. If your O2 sensor is located too far to the end of the exhaust system, it will get O2 from the outside air that pulsates back...

What kind of exhaust are you running?
AFR is way too high. But that is probably oxygen that gets into the system from the outside by pulsation.

you are right, because at 3500+ RPM and all gear I get correct reading, the sensor is installed here and there is leak in oxygen sensor bung, I have added 10% fuel to your Full Power Map for this exhaust

what’s it like when riding, idling does not reflect the whole story. seem very high off the bat

while cruising in city at 50kmph/35kmph its goes to around 15-16and then when I go over 4000rpm on highway it goes around 13 steady and it wont fluctuate at all. I havent had a chance to go 6500rpm with higher gears as thats something for warmer weather but the reason to install this is to street tune it as I cant go to dyno and keep paying heaps of money again and again, I have added 10% fuel to Penner Full power Map with this exhaust above after I saw the AFR numbers.

There is no way to get correct readings with that position of the O2 sensor.
It will always show too high AFRs. The lower the revs and load, the more it will be off.
(For a test take some old clothes and cover the outlet with it while the engine idles. AFRs will go down significantly.)
My recommendation with an exhaust like that would be to go to the header of the first cylinder and position the sensor about 10 inches form the exhaust valves.

I can move it but wont it give AFR for only one cylinder because I looked up online as well as I saw the old exhaust/slipon OEM, non OEM, both. All had the oxygen sensor installed where all cylinder gases meet that is the where three exhaust header output ports meet.

or should I cover the exhaust with cloth as you said and find the difference and assume it that its always there and make calculations accordingly?

Try to cover it at idle just for fun and to see the difference. The differnce at higher loads and revs will be smaller.
You can´t cover it at higher loads. It will burn in seconds.
If you position it where all three outlets meet, you will just get an average. And in your case it won´t work anyway.
Best would be to get all three cylinders individually.
But to get some good basics you can start with one cylinder and will already get pretty close.
As the front cylinder has the longest line you should start with that one.
