I would agree if he is state side. But it's a long way down under. Still, as a Tool & Die Maker/prototype nuc. I can appreciate the attributes I see in the billet cams he supplies. In fact, after handling his Rocket-specific manual cam chain tensioner, I can say the APE unit should be renamed to "Here is some crap that would work". I will definitely put one in the Falcon. And the next time I relax the cams in the Titan I will install one in it and flatten the APE unit quicker than stink on crap.

Just my opinion so take it with a chilled pint not a piss warm British pint :D
 they not all piss warm . We got fridges now don't ya know ? :p

You beat me to it -- that is a preliminary post, to show how @warp9.9 measured my shims, and I was going to post the measurements, and the technique, just so folks could see it for comparison.

Somehow I missed seeing all the numbers at the top. I saw the micrometer and just thought you were looking for a reading.:banghead:o_O:D

Awhile back when i removed the cams for shim replacement thought it was good to go but after turning the motor by hand a few times realized something was not right. marks were not lining up. So we started over and yes it worked out rather well. Had a lot of experience doing shim replacements on a Bonneville and figured something was not right. Not that hard of a job but easy to get screwed up. Looking at doing it again around 50,000 miles. Only this time may go ahead and replace the cams with the aftermarket.:thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup:

Nice example. Did it cost more to get the hottie to pose or to pay someone to take the picture of you? :D
Dahrling! - you flatter me. I have never had a six-pack that tight - well not since I have a beard. And anyway red sling-backs are not my thing.
ime - getting hotties to pose is not hard. Getting anything else - ahhh....................
