If I want to change my stock handgrips...

Just a simple question..... why are the ISO grips so popular?

They look hideous to me...
 
I guess they are popular ´cause you can install them on almost every bike on the planet and you can get them everywhere.

Like I mentions earlier I prefer the Avon grips now that I know but like many others I had to try the ISO grips.

Do you want to sell your originals?
 
My originals were more or less destroyed in removal....I am not precious about taking things off.....
 
If girth is the aim - then look at Grip-Puppies and similar. These are a sleeve over the original.

I use Avon on the R3.
