How to Install Triple K&Ns Under BearClaw

Can anyone tell me if this tune is rich enough for triple filters?

I can't tell by looking. What was the set up of the bike that the tune was made for?

It had standard exhaust only... no mods. Power Tripp made the tune and enriched it at least 17% if I remember correctly. I asked if will be rich enough for the TORs exhaust and crossover and he said I would be fine.

I'm just wondering if I would be ok with filters added. I have been told that people have installed exhaust/ filters without damage still running stock tune!! How can that be?

Personally I would try to find something a bit closer. There is a guy local to me that is running Jardines and triple filters with a stock tune. I consider that a roll of the dice. It is not something I am comfortable with or willing to gamble on.

There was a TuneEcu version of my Pig9rdynotune tuneboy file, I can't seem to find it. That would work pretty good.

The dice is rolling..... The filters are on, IAS is located in the air flow of the number one throttle body. I'm going with a Tune Frank has once I get the tune or try another one a member has offered to send me. I never could find where I needed the filter for the crank case. I don't see the hose.

The Roadster may vent the crankcase differently.

I believe I was looking in the wrong place. I will look again tomorrow. Forgot to mention the secondary butterflies are removed as well. I think the intake now is louder than my exhaust but sounds good once I get down on it. lol

I installed the triple filters last night and took it for a test drive. Read the map using TuneECU today off my bike and saved it to the folder. All I can say is WOW! Bike lifts the front tire in 1st and 2nd gear with no problem. Sounds funny being able to hear the throttle bodies. Anyways in the map edit in TuneECU listed on the AIR/FUEL chart I had a bunch of 12.80s in the higher RPM range, 13.50 in the mid RPM, and 14.15 around idle and up a little in RPMs. The bike is by far not running lean in my opinion or I just frankly don't know what I'm talking about. The O2 sensor was on the whole time.

The A/F ratios listed in the tables are pretty much meaningless. It is the values listed in the F and L tables that really matter. If you loaded a custom tune I would turn off the O2 sensor. All it is going to do is lean out the fuel map.

The O2 optimizer will be here Tuesday. I already have a M18 plug.

I noticed in the Power Tripp performance tune that was on the bike in the F and L tables they was different from one another. Like in the F tables F1 was different from F2 and F3. I'm not just talking about one or two places it was different all over the map.

Any reason Power Tripp would do that?
Isn't it best to have them to match?
