Good day!

I finally have received my OBD2 cable and I would like to start looking into how to derestrict the 123 gears.

Just to confirm, does this technically do the exact same thing as installing an ATRE?

Is there a source I can check to see exactly step by step what needs to be done in order to derestrict the bike? I'd like to have the same setup as the new 2014 roadsters.

Thank you!

I don't remember the exact table to copy and paste into your other tables, but I can email you the map I'm running in my 12' RTR. It's not restricted.

That sounds good to me!

I'd like to have one if you don't mind.

Thanks!

Alright so Ive managed to connect my laptop to my Rocket with the ODB2 Cable and it worked! So I tried out a couple of things like checking the fan and the idle motors and stuff.. very cool.

A couple of things that I changed... I upped the RPM Max to 7000RPM (Can I safely put this higher?) I increased my top speed to 220. I havent decided yet to change the idle speed to 900 yet.

So I see the Secondary Throttle Tab and this is what I've done

At this point am I ready to upload the map or are there any other tables or settings I need to adjust?

After the map is downloaded can I ride off or do I have to do any diagnostics or resets?

Excited to try this

all good, set the speed limiter as high as it will let you, I think you will find it wont let you go higher than 7,000 rpm and Yes you will need to "Reset the Adaptives" under the "ECU" tab
