It's not my intent to be a smart*ss, but only 1 bike on that list can even arguably be classified within the "cruiser" category: the M109. Asking how an R3 stacks up against any of the others is like asking how an Mayweather "stacks up" against Ali. It is an attempt to compare apples to oranges. Now if one just wants to compare individual performance stats I think that's fair but R3 is peerless in the "cruiser" category.
the diavel is a stunner, as far as sheer looks, what a beauty i think. and all the snort one could want. i told the salesman, but how in the world could you carry any kind of gear on it? no can tour on this one! not meant for that he says. oh well
I've got the Suzuki M90 which is the next model down from the M109 and find it alright, but as my daughters grow older and taller I'm hoping the Roadster will be a better bike room wise and comfort wise.
Got a quote on one for a mate of mine yesterday .. $20,980 for a brand new black wire wheel model. He'll be picking it up Monday. They are a superb all-round motorcycle .. tempted to trade my Speedie in on one but .. got to save for the 2015 trip to the I.O.M .. bugger !!!
They'd all be fun to shoot down the shops on but which would you do a 1000km a day on?
I'd happily own any or all of them but never instead of my Rocket.
What TC says, Rocket's better than all of them by a big margin.
Excited yes, but I like to think I'll be traveling lighter this time. Might even leave the coffee maker at home. Reckon the crew we'll be riding with won't be able to go more than 40 mins without stopping for a latte.
I can see you and Mitch......stopping to have a latte
I guess with the Coppers fanging you guys down under.....Maybe strapping a toy panda bear on the back of the Rockets...might not make you guys look like any Bikie groups
Just a thought while you are sipping your lattes......LMAO
