I am really giving serious thought to this Richard because of the larger roller bearing on the blower drive unit. I do not have problems with the manual release clutch but also see the advantage of being able to access the clutch without draining the oils and pulling the complete cover. I really like the pulley cover in the lower video but I am not sure if it will fit mine because I have a 95 mm pulley on my blower. I can probably drop to a 90 mm and not exceed the blower max rpm and just bleed excess boost off with a BLV. So my question is do you think there is enough clearance in the cover for a 95 mm pulley on the blower?
I will measure up tomorrow. Email me for a chat :) richard@tts-performance.co.uk

Thanks for taking the time to measure Richard I wish it would have fit as it looked so good. Oh well I am in on the new cover for sure and will check the spigot and get back with you on the cash as we discussed. Guys here should also consider you can run these babies more then the 6700 rpm I pushed mine up to a little over 8000 with the over the shim buckets although I have to admit it is taking a chance under the shim buckets would be much safer. Anyway My point is the standard blower kit is a blast I enjoyed mine for quite a while until I hit the hp addiction mode. But before then I had not seen anything that got the jump on me and it was one reliable kit for sure. Now that the drive bearing and cover have been improved I look forward to the change over.
My only pointers I would really give to the ones who are thinking this is take your time on the install and ask questions of those who have done it. The other is how far do you want to go 240 or higher as this make for more preparation. And above all as Richard says you must tune the bike when you install it for the fuel you are running and stick to it. do not run a lower grade fuel unless its a emergency and then use some octane boost to get you thru until you find a station with the proper octane.
Oh ya and as his instructions point out the horse power jump is amazing so get used to it don't just go out there and smack the throttle or she will stand up and dump you :)

Lost all my emails, send me another Scott. richard@tts-performance.co.uk thanks Happy New Year

I ordered the Stage 2 kit today approximately a 28 day delivery. It's going to be a long month.
Great you will love it. Nothing is finer then hearing the whistle as she powers up :D Make sure you tell Richard what color you want the cover to be. He has someone who does a great job of anodizing. Now as for the inner cooler I would have it anodized also. Over here you can get a clear anodized coating if your not into Black. I am sure Richard has the same capabilities or contacts to get her done.

I don't want too much bling, looks nice but just more to keep polished and my bike is a daily driver.

I plan to also upgrade the fuel pump and am thinking that I read somewhere that a Walbro 342 is the way to go. After doing some searches on the net all I come up with is a Walbro GSS342. Is this the pump that I need? When I get the bike tunedI plan to tune above 7000 rpm and as I recall the stock pump does not have enough volume for that.

Someone pease correct or confirm.
