HELP with engine guards crash bars

can anyone tell me if these are the "good ones" or if these are the "bad ones" that i have seen on the forums from triumph? I have seen that the mounting bracket on some of the old ones were really weak and later on they got better.

the dealer is a couple hours away and if they are the good ones, i am going to have them shipped to me. if they are the bad ones, i am going to look elsewhere.
