Heat from engine

Drink lot of water and pee down your leg, as the heat builds up the water will evaporate causing evaporative cooling.:x3: of course you will ride in the back of the pack not allowed to eat lunch with group. but riding alone ain't so bad.;);)

I've lived in Arizona for about 38 years. I finally found a solution to riding in the middle of the summer.

I don't. I treat July, August and September like winter in Minnesota.

But since you're likely much younger than I and can't bear the thought of parking the bike many of the solutions already posted will help. Jet Hot coating has a facility in Tempe. I coated my headers shortly after I bought the bike and it helped some. Replacing the stock system with Jardines helped more. Assuming you're wearing full length boots already exhaust modifications (and associated tune changes to add fuel to the mixture) should help.

Or, you could try wearing full leathers and a full face helmet. That way the rest of you will be so miserable you'll hardly notice your cooking leg.

Thanks for all the advice. I will try some of the easier ones.

Hate to be a bearer of bad news but Jet Hot is no longer in Tempe , there are a few other companies around that do ceramic coating but none that I have found up to Jet Hot standards but I am still looking. I also live in arizona and found that Jardines , wrapping the Jardines and a new tune helped.

i punched 3 (3/8) holes on the inside of my boots and just turn my feet out to pick up air.( i have floor boards ) but it works best to borrow the wifes durango when it gets to be 105 in the shade.

For what it's worth, I live in Tucson too.

Every Roadster I've seen has that dent in the frame and the pre Roadsters have a bigger dent. No idea why. Best not think about it to much @1olbull just go with it and don't make a scene.

Noticed it on @albertaduke's rig Thursday and then the smaller dent on my Roadster just as you have described.
Made me curious as to its origin and reason - that's all.
Appears to maybe be an overlapping frame section joint.
Perhaps the dent strengthens the joint???

Here's how I handled the dents. Thanks again Mike @Navigator ! Me like shiny !

Does Mike like make these or what?
