Just read some of the reviews about the motel, seems like they like giving out cookies and desserts, so all be aware if you see a big cajun looking fellow and his belly is making weird noises do not be alarmed he is only after your cookies, I am not saying who it is but give him your cookies or he will "steal"them

Eric, is your smoker bigger than that barrel smoker I brought to Leakey? If so, that would probably work better since there will be so many people.
I plan on bringing about 4 racks of ribs & will have them drowned in dry rub for a few days
