Handle Bar Speakers for Roadster

Stripes, my girl has bad authridis ( or how ever it's spelled ) So I was affraid when we got far and it acted up she wouldn't be able to ride it home. She loves the Ridley, I thought the auto-matic FJ1300 Yamaha would be a better bike, but she wants NO part of it. Here's a pic of her and her Ridley! Yes thats her Saturn Sky in backround.:D Thsi bike shot was before sound system was put on.

Does anybody have any good suggestions on Speakers for roadsters?

Sorry mate but I personally think if you want a stereo, speakers, air conditioner, reclining seats buy a bloody car mate. If your riding hard enough you haven't got time to play around with all the bloody bling.;)

Geeze a little music while you ride and your comparing it to Air condtioning and sofa. Don't knock tunes till you try em. Friend of mine always said the same thing, till he was on vacation and rented a bike with a stereo, he ran out and bought a system.

Your still ate up!!(Lupe) I remember the time Toad loaned me his dresser to go get parts for my softail. He was trying to show me how it worked, I said just turn it off. When I came back to camp, the radio was blairing out some Bob Seager!! Ohh Yea!! He said "I thought you didn't like radios".
I still want one, but more like Uncle Jess'. No ear plugs to fool with, just turn it on and go. The ear plugs or ear buds, hurt my ears after a couple hours on the bike.
Just my 3 cents worth!

I agree with The Kid about the ear buds...just let the music play while on the highway.

As for our austrailian friend...you obviously haven't taken too many long road trips that were not in the mountains or the twisties. When I was on my 2,600 mile road trip this past August I would have been very glad to have had some kind of stereo on my Thunderbird to pass "some" of the time away on the long stretches of interstate that I was on.

Now the two Gold Wings I used to own...they met some of his criteria...but they were a great ride as well even if it was in a lot of comfort and they would have probably wiped him all over the road in the mountains and twisties as well...with a passenger they can't be beat IMHO.
