How do you get the back wheel off the ground? My bike lift will slide under the bike and jack it up, but the balance of the bike means that the front lifts up much higher than the back - to the extent that the front whel is maybe 10" off the ground and the back is still firmly on terra firma. I'm reluctant to go much higher with this jack as I'm worried the bike will become unstable.
I've seen the R3 specific lift on ebay (the guy in Sheffield) - anyone use this, and if so does it lif the back high enough to remove the wheel? Any other alternatives in the UK?
