Gas cap won't open at all

If I can get it off again I don't think I will do so again either...
It's aggravating as help this pos. What a predicament to be in when needing gas with the range of the tiny tank. Don't trust it or lock it, it WILL fail on you one day.

How are your brakes? Mine are horrible. Brembo takes three pumps on the rear and two on the front. All that air in the ABS module has nowhere to go.

this is the type of deal that you take to a good mc shop and bet them $200 that they can't bleed your brakes and make it last for 6 months.

Rears are not as good as on my Ninja ZX4RR for sure but to be fair I really haven't ridden it that much to really make a better judgement. I figured just being bigger and heaver (and really this is my first time with such a big and heavy bike) that this is just how things are with these kinds of bikes.

Yep, that's how they are. Be aware of it. Time for bleed number 8 on mine.

Have you tried back-bleeding both master cylinders before bleeding the front master cylinder, the calipers, and then the final bleed procedure? If there's air in the ABS modulator, that's what's needed.

Have not. Thanks for the suggestion. I'll give that a try to see if it helps. Maybe pushing it back to the master cylinder will help clear more of the trapped air. I'm not able to activate the abs while bleeding though. So whatever I can force back through the abs block bleed orifice will have to suffice. Which might be more that way. 👍

I've thought about just treating it like an old school diesel and bleed it at the abs module. Problem is getting to it.

Relatively modern ABS modules usually have an air bleed function controlled by the ECU or scan tool, do the Gen 2 rockets not have this feature? Odd, then Triumph go & stick the ABS module at the highest point!

There is no air bleed function on this closed loop setup. Dealer must activate the abs module through their software while bleeding. Even then, the air is difficult to push out. It shakes the whole bike and sputters out little bits of air with lots of brake fluid. They started off blaming us, then the Thailand assembly workers, then the Brembo master cylinder is all of sudden too small to push the air(?), but have never admitted to a complete design error. Even the front brake line goes down into it, then back up to the trees to go down the forks. The abs module should have been below the rear master cylinder with a bleed circuit to release air back to the front master cylinder.
