I (and several others) have gone the route of the "scangauge". It is totally programmable and will also function to read and clear trouble codes. It is much smaller also. Four parameters can be read at once and each is owner selectable. As I recall the price was nearly the same and it came with the OBD connector. It only has digital readout,,,,no "analog style" readout,,,so not as much glitz and glamor.
