Thank you for the tip on the filter, 57 dollars from Triumph, that is just plain crazy talk. The first visual inspection looks decent in my humble opinion. Everything in tact and even the rubber bits still have some give. I plan on replacing them all anyway, just to cover bases to include a new base gasket. Gaskets and hose from Hermy's, filter Napa, and pump from the Fuel Pump Factory is the preliminary plan. Just FYI to anyone else, the main clue in the diagnosis was the missing small click I used to hear when the gauges made their sweep. Of course the bike would not run, had fire to the plugs, and kicked right over when a little carb cleaner was shot into the throttle bodies. Picking up a set of new plugs tomorrow also, good time to change them out with everything out of the way.....
