Hi Y'all...

I've been having some nose-dive issues lately with my 2007 R3C. Just seems like the fork springs are from a Sportster or something half the size of these big Rockets. Are these springs available on NewBonneville.com any good? Are the progressive springs from ProgressiveSuspension.com any better?

Could it also be a fork oil issue (since this is an '07 with original oil in it)?

I really would like to get this ironed out, because riding 2-up is sometimes a battle at stoplights and slow turning inclines (like steep driveways and parking garages).

i recently removed the spacer tube and replaced it with a one inch longer tube, then refilled with motul 10 weight fork oil,it is like a different bike, handles so much better.i was having the exact same issues when coming to a stop.as you put your foot down the fork throws you off balance as it comes back up from the dive.

Honestly - get some new fork cartridges made. Apart from the inadequate springing - R3 forks barely have any real damping.

But anything will be better than 10 year old springs and oil. And change the seals whilst your at it.
