I'm in Texas, dealer is 3 hours away in Ft Worth. That's why I do as much as I can at home

IMO. Never let the dealer touch your bike unless it's a warranty issue. They will overcharge you and use cheap oil and filters. They are in business to make money. Period.

The first service should include,
Oil change, filter change, rear diff fluid change, software update, service reset, brake fluid check.
Mine was 225 for everything.

Needless to say I do all my own from then on!

The first 600mi service does not inlcude drive shaft oil change. I went through that with my dealer and they did it after talking to them. I've done 2 oil changes since myself, now at 8700mi, and am doing the 10k myself.
