So I hit 300 over the weekend, heck yeah! 5k unlocked!

I set up a service appointment for when I expect to hit 600. I can't seem to find out what to expect out of the first service other than a oil change. Anyone have an estimate on how much I should expect to pay for the first service?

Took mine to the dealer two weeks after delivery for 600 mile service and paid $392. Invoice looks like they did an oil and filter change, reset the service indicator and that’s about it. Doesn’t even say anything about the shaft drive/gear lube. Also they invoiced 10-W40 oil, which isn’t what the manual specifies. Your pricing may vary, I think it tends to be higher here in CA - labor rate is $149/hr. My first time going to this dealer, whom I purchased the bike from. Leaning towards doing the future regular service myself once I get a Dealertool to reset the service indicator - anything I’ve got the gear for anyway. Give your dealer a call, I’m sure they’ll be happy to give you a service quote over the phone.

320$ in Chicago oil service (is way unexpected for me !!! not including rear diff extra 95$!!!) I have semi truck and oil change is 300$ for 13 gallons off oil 3 oil filters and two fuel filters and grease and hear 5 quarts off oil and filter and three washers insane quote!! Did purchase for 240$ 4 gallons 15w50 synthetic oil 3 filters an 1 liter gear oil for diff and did it myself for one hour total with manual, oil filter is little bit tricky part! All this staff enough for 3 oil changes with diff included but still yellow service light on dashboard extra 75$ to reset on triumph!! For me from vrod muscle oilchang was 75$ with (K&N oil filter for 15$) all in, and now 300$ on Rocket3 is hummer hit under the belt!!

The first service should include,
Oil change, filter change, rear
The first service should include,
Oil change, filter change, rear diff fluid change, software update, service reset, brake fluid check.
Mine was 225 for everything.

Needless to say I do all my own from then on!
For 225$ I would do it if it was all that stuff included no question ask!! But 320$ plus 95$ for diff it’s ridiculous and 75$ Service light was included in 320$ Price! So basically 415$ in Chicago it way over for me! I can check tire pressure and antifreeze level myself! Bike has TPMS do !!! They told me to rear tire needs to be removed to perform oil change!! And guess what it NOT , top plug out first bottom second catch all oil in plastic cup only 250 ml or so put back drain plug first straight motorcycle with wood under the stand and put oil in to the diff, start dripping from filler plug put back plug and you done! For 95$ I can do it all day long;)) 12 hour shift

What you've got there is a crooked service department. Plain and simple. Of course you don't have to remove the rear wheel to change the oil. And a $75 up-charge to clear a service light? When you're already paying for a service appointment? That's insane. They should be reported to the mother-ship. Get that quote on paper? Post it here please.

I’m not the snitch so let them live! They lost regular client on oil change so be it! Not good way to treat customer in my opinion!! They thinks you got money on the expensive bike so you can pay for expensive services I have that!! I can do it my self so no problem to me yellow wrench not bothering me a lot on display;) 75$ Was changed only if you did your oil change your self and want to clear yellow wrench, if you do 320$ oil change it’s included
