You only need an approved full face helmet, riding jacket, gloves, boots and long pants. Jeans are ok and the jacket can be leather or dri rider type with the armour inserts.

I was told Kevlar or similar pants were required??...can probably borrow a full face from my bro so maybe its not as far away as I thought!

I got a great pair of English made leather strides. Fully armoured etc .. don't know why I think we'd take the same size strides but I do. Happy to loan'em to you if need be, I hardly ever wear them.
