looks like 4 1/2 to me.
if that gear was mine i would figure out where i wanted the cam timed then set the gear near to the bolt so it could not slip very far. thats just me i am NOT the engine expert.

Okay, so I guessed the teeth number . One only needs one tooth of adjustment really, can jump the chain over if you need more than that. I guess they are going for the extra lightweight gears......

That said, no matter how much performance, how much better mpg, how much more fun this modification will give, it's not enough. Given it all to do over, my money would go to Lushy or TTS.

WELL it seems your chosen mechanic had a problem timing the cams etc. so I suggest you call the shop and talk to ED as everyone else is in Mexico for a week he will be waiting for your call
