FINALLY, 6 months later

From the looks of the pitch I would say three teeth.

looks like 4 1/2 to me.
if that gear was mine i would figure out where i wanted the cam timed then set the gear near to the bolt so it could not slip very far. thats just me i am NOT the engine expert.:)
 
Take some pictures of the head and post them if you don't mind. I love looking at mod ****. :D

My Head after porting - I used standard valves - cant remember why now maybe $$$ but I now wish I had upgraded the valves. oh well.

Ehhh that's literally what I said I did with it haha
 
Head came in, bikes dropped off. Parts look great, better than last time, should have it back soon. New cam ladder included, old one was bad.

Bob's opinion on adjusting cam timing: Dont. So we're not. Will make intake changes to adjust power band instead, as he suggests.

There looked to be some new work done on the exhaust ports, not positive, guess we'll see what story the dynojet tells soon.

That said, no matter how much performance, how much better mpg, how much more fun this modification will give, it's not enough. Given it all to do over, my money would go to Lushy or TTS.
 
Think you mean supplier of superchargers (rotrex ones) and various bits to stick them to your bike :)

WELL it seems your chosen mechanic had a problem timing the cams etc. so I suggest you call the shop and talk to ED as everyone else is in Mexico for a week he will be waiting for your call
