Engine Vibration continues

Went for my first ride since the engine was put back together. Only about 10 miles but it really does feel much smoother to me. Before when the engine was at 4000 rpm like when you have geared down ready to pass someone, there was a definite "buzz" and now it is silky smooth. When cruising at 2400 rpm and I put a bit of pressure on the clutch lever, it still seems to smooth out a little still but feels like the handle bars have way less vibration in them. A long ride with no gloves on with be the ultimate test. If it passes that test then I will start a separate thread detailing the hows and whys of what I did. If you are one of the unlucky captains who finds your vibration unbearable then this is definitely worth looking at.

Moppie, yes I would very interested in how it turns out and exactly what you have done. I have had the vibration since new, it’s no unbearable but I would love to be rid of it.
