End of Touring

I've got another year before I can wear darn it...

That is too cool. I'm not into patches and pins, but I'd sew one of those on, any day. Where'd you get?

I know where you are coming from ,I have a 1985 Harley Superglide 2 1340 the last of the shovels that I bought new in 86 and rode everywhere a 8000k round trip from Sydney to Perth by myself to "run her in "
I retired her to the shed with the top end rattling like German band and 135000 miles on the clock after 16 years of loyal service ,every now and again I fuel her up jump start her and ride around the block and wonder how I did all those miles ,like you all the time thinking I was a bad boy ,this was the times before Harleys became a fashion accessory for the rich and clueless,

Spoke to a TRIUMPH AUSTRALIA staff member today , confirmed the last R3T rolled off the production line a few weeks ago .. won't be making them anymore he told me.

Sideways hey, some of us could probably give you some help brushing up on your computer skills if your having some trouble.

I have been blessed with the original red and black 2007. I can't see going backwards to my old rides either once this one is gone. Remember, bean counters drive production, not the true lovers of the bikes. The very thing we love about our rides being so different is what has caused its demise.
