Electrical Gremlin Strikes Again

more than likely he did not power the starter solenoid there fore it did not engage the starter bendix to turn over the engine, and if u crossover the relay it will engage the starter bendix to turn over the engine.
sometimes i see people with a problem and they start replacing parts then they wind up the several problems then it takes a real professional to get it fixed.
if the starter worked good when u crossed over the relay leave it alone.

if all the fuses had good voltage then i think that the problem could be the instrument assy / alarm sys /
main connector.
i am not advising u to do this
but if it was in my shop i would cross over the engine management relay to see if it would run. and if it did that would confirm that the trouble is instrument assy / alarm sys /main connector.
i am a little light on touring info do u have a bypass plug to bypass the alarm system?

I will attempt to wire across the relay this evening. If I wire across that, should the bike start normally? I do have a alarm system bypass plug that I've been a little suspicious of, it is dirty but I've done some continuity testing on it and it seems to be okay. I will double check this evening.

I will check this as well

for what it is worth these rockets have had green corrosion problems at the ecu connector, main harness connector, relay connectors and some other places. look for green.
