Well after many trials the beast is very nearly ready..
2nd engine... That's been out twice.. All the required mods done with help from warp..

Panels back from paint and fitted.. Filters done, just the new headers to finish making tomorrow and wrapping with new Magma wrap which looks gorgeous!!

So.. After my accident what have I modified?...

All unnecessary panels removed (they're for cars!!)
Front fender shortened and drilled
Headlights (stupidly bright led with a quick flash mode)
Handle bars 1.2m wide flyers
Clocks angled right down on tank to give flowing front lines
Tank modded to fit big filters
Filters 3x single red pods
Coolant reservoir anodised aluminium(now mounted on front yoke)
Seat lowered
Rear peg supports stripped and smoothed
Rear fender cut down and drilled
rear caliper bracket drilled
Rear light (HD under fender led)
Number plate and holder
Exhausts.. (work in progress) .. watch this thread
Fitted spy5000 alarm (posted in accessories.. impressed)
All panels now gloss black
Wheels black and red
PCV and Autotune coming shortly (hopefully)

I got them from ebay.. I'll look up the number later for you.. Had to make them very slightly oval.. Then I pop riveted a small bracket in the back for a security wire. Just in case the blow off... Or someone tries to pinch them.. Had the ends painted black, originally they were chrome

Is there a chance they could blow off? As far as security as much as it sucks if someone is determined they will take the whole bike. Thanks for taking the time to look that up for me.

I do ride fast!! I'm talking 130mph + roads here in spain.. But with 2 brackets in behind wired on they won't come off..

As for the bike.. Its alarmed to the hilt.. And if anyone wants to chance it they had better bring their mates.. !!

Oh yes.. And then some... Have had the needle off the end of the clock before now..

Once passed a Honda vfr1200 @130mph with wife on the back while holding my open face helmet down with one hand.. Obviously wife was punching me in the kidneys at the see time

When you are about to leave home, select first gear and before releasing the clutch, turn to the wife and say," if you want to go faster hit me" then take off. Problem solved.

Ha ha.. yeah, I normally say "scream if you wanna go faster!"

Here are a couple of pics of the exhaust I have been working on today.... Bear in mind this has been made out of old car exhausts, cut up, welded, bent etc. The wrap isn't finished yet, neither is the end can.. wont call it a muffler as that was never the intention.. gonna give it a slash cut, wrap it in aluminium with a couple of belts riveted around it..
