That's the way they look. This is not what you see when you get a dyno test, which is the actual A/F ratio in the exhaust. The numbers in the A/F table are targets that convert the numbers in the fuel tables to an amount of fuel as a function of RPM. The numbers in the fuel tables (F and L) are volumes of air. When you divide this volume by the ratio of air to fuel in the A/F table, you get something that corresponds to an amount of fuel. The ECU translates this into a voltage pulse that tells the injector how long to stay on.
