I cut because not enough rooming bowl, whole job took me half an hour, but I do this kind of thing all the time, you might take longer.it is easy to do. I plugged the connector I cut off the kit onto the connector I removed from the old loom, so I could make sure I joined the correct coloured wires and avoid reworking. The colours don't match.

I don't do much soldering but I have done it in the past. I'll have to study it a bit so I don't mess it up.

Only 6 joints, 3 on each loom.

Ok cool. I think I can handle that. Does this eliminate the marker light plugs?

Make sure you don't cut the old loom too short, I cut mine just so but only just if I cocked up I would not have any spare to Re do it.

Yes gets rid of the side lights you don't need them with daybreaker

Good deal. I clipped the wires and taped them. Maybe I'll save them for fork mounted lights or something.

Well, mine started doing this yesterday as well. What's odd is that the headlights switch properly from bright to dim and back, it's just the indicator stays on all the time.

I can't follow what Pablo is saying he did, nor can I find the ebay kit he is referring to.... can anyone clarify?
