i'll have to go back through the manual, i don't remember seeing that one listed, and i have been out that thing when below 0 a few times, leather ski-doo suit is awesome, heavy, but awesome

If moisture gets in there the unit will short out. It happened to me.

UK dealer does not know anything about FOC replacement of the screen. Estimated me £1250

I think the unit is made by Cobo in Italy. Their products don't have the best record for reliability.

I wonder if it's just a crack and not leaking? yet... I'd ride it out awhile to see if it leaks. The dealers have already scratched up my paint so bad, a little crack might add to the value.

So annoying
Went to my garage to start and warm up Black Betty a bit and noticed cracked clocks.
It has been a bit frosty here in the UK. Hardly below 0 and funny enough my bike survived temps around -40C in Canada.
Now I need to replace clocks. Can I do it myself?
Is it legal? And where can I even get new clocks?

that instrument cluster is ultrasonic welded with a moisture release port on the back/bottom side,
you have to dremel cut open it and not sure how in the world you will close it back? like gorilla glue it? and how will you make sure that moisture wont go in again?
and then you figure out how to replace that glass and with what?
try to claim warranty repair from triumph its a known issue.
did you have any screen guard protector on instrument glass?

No protectors applied.
Bike is out of the warranty and dealer hasn't heard about that issue.
I have emailed triumph after sale support but no reply as yet.

After my unit cracked the moisture caused the bike to not start at all. Nothing would function so I did pay the big price to have a new one installed. It was over $1200 USD.
