when they gave the bike back to me in January, they also gave me a box with the parts they changed out, like a mirror, that had no damage on it, handle bars, that there was nothing wrong with, the left side pannier bracket, that was perfectly fine, the front fender, that didn't have a mark on it (glad they sent it back, i was able to get my Venom off of the front of it), front turn signals that were fine, and a few other parts that i don't recall,
but what they left on it was the right hand pannier bracket that was damaged in the collision, and was still visibly damaged, the right hand side cover that had a grommet torn in half, and looks like someone tried to clean it with sand paper, the exhaust with the black pipes still sticking out way further then they should have been, noted on the work order back in September to check the catalytic, they never did.
now they are replacing the catalytic, and apparently my seat?, the side cover, and who knows what else.
apparently the catalytic was shipped to the U.S. warehouse in beginning of March, and they decided to send it to a dealer in the U.S instead of where it was supposed to be going, so now i have to wait 2-3 weeks for another one. this whole thing has been a crazy nightmare, so now i'm looking at taking 7-months to fix my bike so far
