Competition Werkes Exhaust 2020 R3

Dave is a real craftsman but the cans look a bit short. His web site must be pretty recent. For years I’ve only seen his stuff on ebay. He should post before and after dyno runs. Next, free up the intake. Also, Dynojet needs to release a PC for this bike.

Is the Dave platt a full exhaust or slip ons?

The price of these exhausts never fails to amaze me, seems to me that if Triumph can get you to part with £20K + for the bike we’ll just make the exhaust £500 more than the old systems.
Sounds nice at 3000rpm! Wonder why they never give any Dyno figures or are they sold blind?

So far there are no Dyno figures . My mates bike was used for the RnD and the pictures of the fitted pipe are the first ! I did advise that Dyno runs and figures should be part of the deal , but as yet that hasn't materialised . Personally , had it been my 20k bike I would have demanded it .That said , my mate did say that he was present during the development and that the " ECU was happy " . Make of that what you will ? but he is over the moon with the way the bike now sounds , no excessive decel pop or noticeable drop in power . I'm currently trying hard to get him on board here so he can share his results first hand !

Not saying any of them are better or worse, no way to actually determine, but at first glance it doesnt look like Dave platt's offers a lot more then the competition werkes? I think I would be happy with both of them in terms of sound, but still prefer dave platt one based on what i've heard in the clips. The more I reason with myself it feels like it's better to wait until there are more options available and also a PC so the bike can take full advantage of it.

I think Dave Platt's mufflers are the best looking so far, and also great sound character (in his video).
Probably too loud for me though since they're louder than stock. But then I'm probably in minority here, not wanting louder...
