Black baffles came: i.imgur.com/3RbNSnW.jpeg
Tried to see how much better it will be. Put in #60 steel mesh (316L) and wrapped a bit with muffler material, wrapped by 24g wire (also 316L). Have put only in the upper exhaust, lower is still just having a normal baffle. I wanted to see if there will be an effect but was afraid it might be pointless if the 2nd exhaust is unrestricted. On the other hand, I didn't want to over restrict by accident.
Here is the pic of it being dressed up (again, did just one): i.imgur.com/f5wq1gv.jpeg
If you are on the edge if you WANT the black baffle or the silver one, here is how it looks with either: i.imgur.com/PcPeXXd.jpeg
Overall, the top restricted one blows way less now (with that dressed baffle), lower does more work. But the sound became even less loud, even though the lower one just has a normal baffle. So, consider restricting just the top one. I think the "soft" backing near the front of the baffle, one you insert in with, helps to remove higher frequency sounds. I am thinking of undoing some of that soft material, perhaps keep just an inch.
PS: Do not forget to put the baffle bolts on a red thread locker, when complete messing with them, the bolts undo themselves.
PPS: This site has a broken templating system. What it shows link wise when editing and what it displays in the post is a light and day difference. I just gave up.
