Bridgestone Exedra Max

Too small, IMHO.
Lowers ground clearance too much. In the twisties, after the pegs drag, the peg rail is next and will put you on your ass pronto!
Trust me - the plates and screws in my left leg attest to it.
Check out Mr Hunt's photo. Now lower the front with a 130 then dive into the beginning of a tighter twisty than the corner shown and you'll get the idea.
Ive been running 130s on both my bikes for years and never had a problem

What 130 have you found to be best, I was going to use the Bridgestone Exceedra max 130/70ZR17 next

Cobra on the front, Exedra Max on the rear..........OEM metz lasted 9000km against 12000km for the Max..........Ordered a new rear yesterday, stranded with a flat today  on the way to work , and cost an arm and leg to get the bike recovered and to the shop :( it will take about 3 days for the tyre to arrive so shanks pony till then

That there Dunlop Elite 3 is a great tire!
I give it a slight nod over the Dunlop D251.
Sux that neither come in a 140 size.
or V rated rather than H. You could try a Pirelli night dragon its a 140/75 R 17 it's radial and V rated , i tried it and it was much better than the stock metz, not sure how many mies its good for as i got CF wheels shortly after fitting it

Sadly no Bridgestone exedra max rears available for around 4 weeks till the next shipment arrives in the country.
So I am going with a Avon Cobra rear as there is no way I am going back to the Metzler

Yessir, the Night Dragon is on my list to try out.
My next front is awaiting in the garage - the 140 Azarro that I have heard so much good about.
