Harley Revolution Max 1250

....welcome to the late 90's HD...

Sounds like a quality build - It seems an interesting (read expensive) step forward in development and engineering at a time when almost all manufacturers are working towards electric power (or at least they say they are!)

@Jvheli is this tech likely to be expanded into their larger capacity twins?

With 150HP but only 94 Ft lbs of torque... what's lost with the lower torque... (as compared our RIII's) and why?
-MIG

My uneducated guess would be cubic inches.

Very interesting write-up Jv. Congrats to the Motor Company for spending the money on this. Toasters on wheels may well be the future, but lets not rush there too soon.

Very different engines. For 1250, this is very good power. Scale it up to a rockets displacement and you will see that for its size and weight, it does very well. I’ve ride the bike several times, lots of power, light and easy handling. I want one.

I cannot comment on unreleased products, however, I can say I’m kept very busy!

Also, while VVT is not a new tech, it is new for smaller engines. How awesome it’d be to have my Carpenter bike have VVT, massive low end torque and great heaps of horsepower up top!
