Brake bleeder recommendation

Will have a look and put up a pic of my one tomorrow if you should want?

I would say that for a car or truck the vacuum might be better but, for the bike the Speedbleeder is the way to go. If you think or suspect you have a bubbles somewhere, take your Sonicare brush to vibrate the lines or tap them a few times. The air should float up the line.

Thanks Sleeves but if you just let me know the make and model that would suffice.

On the need for a vacuum bleeder it would make the job much quicker. Yes, air in the line will rise to the top which is why I have a bleeder on my VStrom master cylinder and would like to have one on my Rocket. When changing brake fluid I've always just opened up the caliper bleeders, removed the MC cover and let it drain. This is a long, slow process and a vacuum bleeder would save time. I'll still get the speed bleeders though.

Finally the answer I was seeking.

Gratitude!
Just FUI -
I found them less expensive and faster delivery on Amazon at $14 for two, including the shipping.

Bull - You may wanna check that again...................... I pulled up your link & checked the fit to your vehicle in upper left corner

I have been replacing my fluid from the "bottom up" for about 10 years now.... I always do it when replacing rubber hose with "covered" SS hose... All you need is a old style hand oil pump, some clear hose that will fit the nipple and a clamp for the end of the oil pump... remove the M/C cover and start pumping away... when you get BF in the M/C, change to the other side caliper and do the same thing and fill to the "line"... Oh, and have the brake lever pulled to the grip...

Sorry been a busy weekend, the link someone else posted looked good quality the one I've got is an Automaster 915-6486 but I suspect its a generic "labelled" unit. Its made in Taiwan but seems to be very good quality. Its the pump that counts. It looks like those Amazon ones but definitely isn't

I be a tad confused here, Mike.
If ya get the bleeder valves all ya need is a hose & bag for a one man operation?!? Correctamundo???

Me reckons this to be incorrect.
I found a couple places that listed 8mm X 1.25 thread for the Rocket bleeder valve.
Should be here Monday, so we shall soon see. If not Amazon shall return & replace no problema/

Thanks Sleeves. The ones on Amazon were priced all over the map. Recall the first one I found was $76 US while on the second posting they looked the same but were about $36.

I just did a search for Automaster and yes, it is a Taiwanese company. I don't know if they are distributed in the US.
