Boss Hoss

Wouldnt mind riding one but cant imagine owning one...seems a bit ostentatious for my taste. They are very cool though. I have a 383 in my '63 chevy and it is a monster...cant imagine that on 2 wheels

Hey Warpo!
Don't be sugar coating $hit.
Please tell us what you really feel.

Totally agree the sentiment, if not the full analogy.

By the way, isn't it strange the selective nature of the censorship on this site? **** and **** are out yet "useful" and "cold water" cause no problems at all.

I've never ridden one. Do they feel like they want to fall over every chance they get, like an HD Electraglide ? Rented a 2005 and a 2009. Both felt like top heavy to the point of being unsafe, even with the tour pack empty. I was a nervous wreck on those rentals with their $2000.00 deductible insurance. Here is a picture of my Rocket with my "tour pack". I would guess it to weigh about 80 lbs. The bike looks like it would be nearly unrideable, yet I can barley tell it's even there. Better engineering I call it.

I agree with all the above. It would be different if you could get all that HP to hook up but just too much weight ain't worth it. A 400HP Rocket is a different story.

Lookin good Fred!
