Black on black roadster pics at Ottawa dealership, impressive looking

I'm with you! I bagged the ears before I ever rode mine. I bought the Triumph black tear drops and had to take a little off of the stem with a pipe cutter to get them to snug-up properly. I can see what's behind me without any issues and I definitely prefer the style.

Lol....I pick up my R3R on the 18th and ordered the black tear drop mirrors today so that they can be on the bike when I bring it home...sounds like a common story.
Cheers

The other common story is that those tear drops vibrate at higher speeds, it's not the end of the world but it would be nice to stop it...maybe heavier bar end weights would help...?

I've had Triumph teardrop mirrors on mine for age .. mine don't vibrate. Sure you mounted them up correctly .. used the little sleeve thing, yeh?

My ovals never vibrate either. I've had them for maybe 3 of years now. Not sure it's all that much of a common problem. Few people have had issues; one recently hadn't used those "little sleeve things" and others have reused old ones. Mounted correctly they seem to be generally fine.

I am curious about the double white stripes on black and can't help but think of a skunk every time I see one. I wonder if there is a hidden message.

Mine were mounted by the dealership as part of the new bike purchase, not sure what the "little sleeve things" are?
