Straight through to Warwick and not going to Grafton makes better sense if we're staying inland. But instead of Gloucester on the first night, why not somewhere between Muswellbrook and Tamworth, then on to Warwick the next day.

Or we stay on the coast and spend the night at somewhere around Forster then up through Port Maquarie and Coffs Harbour to Grafton and then up the HB via TC's route on the last day.

If Kiwi's going I'll ride with him to Goulburn up through Bungenore and Tarago. If he's not, I'll shoot across to Yass and join up with Cobba etc there and meet up with Hanso in Goulburn that way. Only thing is that from Yass (or before Yass actually) it's a pretty good run stright up through Cowra, Dubbo, Coonabarabran and Gunnedah to Tamworth. They might prefer that route.

I'm happy with wherever and whenever, all i gotta do is workout whom meeting first and if every local talks to others and works out best route, I'm cool, so given canberra is local I'm happy to go with flow

I like the patch Hanso came up with in #120, drop the inaugural and annual, if everyone is happy with that one I rekon that's what we should go with. Marty said if we can get a sponsor to pay for the patches we will sell them and all monies raised will go to charity.

probally the first question is how many people are coming up there, the patch makers usally require a minimum of 50 and how are we going to work out how they are paid for, are bought by the individual or will someone sponsor them?

Mate by the end of February we should have a good idea of tentative numbers.

If we could get production of the patches sponsored, we could still sell them ($5) monies raised could go to charity.

Someone suggested a show bag type thing given to all participants, maybe this could include patch, t shirt, etc.

Participants possible purchase bag, get their goodies, and entry into bike show. Just ideas appreciate input.

If we get enough sponsors willing to part with cash this money could be used to equip gift bags and their name goes on the back of the t shirts.

Thats pretty much what they do at the port maqaury rally and it seems to work fine

Firstly a Big Thank You to MRS BIG MARTY for the link to HarleyRias Patches, A Loverly Ladies Pleasant to talk to... to keep it short .. She has NO setup fee, No minimum order and happy to play with my drawing and then send a mock up of what it will look like So I will send her the drawing with Annual and Inaugral gone and I thought muster wasn't nessasary so it is gone but I have inserted the word Triumph which was lacking, she will no doubt move things around a little to make it all fit together.
I am going to send this picture unless anybody has a sensible (Richard) change they want to suggest
