Anyone have western style bars on their Roadster

btw, what are "western bars"?

Opposite from eastern bars(sorry had to do it)

I have the standard bars with rivco risers and like the extra height and pullback. What I don't like is having to remove the bars and gauges to lift the tank.

I have been looking at Road King style bars from Flanders which I think would fit nicely as they are about 20mm higher and 60mm more pull back.
I already have the classic cables so cable length shouldn't be a problem.
Western bars would offer a lot of width and pullback but not a lot of height.

I have the STD bars and Rivco Risers also, I replaced the handle bar clamp for the earlier version (pre 06 I think) clamp it flips up after you undo two small ellen bolts it cost me about $50 plus shipping (I had other stuff in the order) from NCY. I also made the bracket that sticks out the front of the tank in to a hinge with three bits of small metal tubing a bolt to go thru and welded them in under the top bend then just cut the bracket across the back and vol la one hinged bracket

just go down to the local h-d shop and sit on everything they got.
Find a set you like and get them, they'll fit.
they're all 1".

I spoke to a guy who had some bars make up in Burleigh, I think they were called Burleigh Bars, They looked great.

Yes, I have seen Mitch bike. I am tall and ideally need bars that are forward and lower by about 25 to 40 mm than stock Roadster bars.

My bars are Superfat customs made by highwayhawk if that's any help
