Has anyone here bought different wheels for their bike? I am not sure if I sprayed something on mine that hurt them or if I rode on roads that still have salt on them but mine look crappy especially the rear one.

I wish I had chrome wheels or maybe some wheels with fins since my bike is solo with a fender bib. Any suggestions appreciated!

Heads up, I looked at a 2010 R3T today and my dealer said Triumph added about $3000 worth of accessories but the they were still asking 17k for it. I still liked mine just as well and it is paid for so no trade for me.

Elvis, Triumph has been running that "special" for a couple of months now (since July) some are thinking that they are trying to sell out this version to make way for the "improved" version coming out for 2011 in Dec or Jan.

However, one of our forum members said he bought a "2011" already (in a 2010 color combo...black/white) and that he had a "B" in the 10th digit spot on the VIN which means it's supposed to be a 2011. In light of that...I don't know what Triumph is doing about the 2011 release as it appears it may have already been done.

I wasn't getting one till March anyway so I guess I will find out in plenty in plenty of time once Dec and Jan get here...and if there continues to be no change I may just go to a 1700 Thunderbird as I'm not all that enthused on the 2010 color offerings...but again, plenty of time...I'll just have to wait and see.
