5.75 Daymaker alternatives?

Even the NEW 8630 series have the OLD body shape. You could buy a set of Speaker 5&3/4 frames and get creative.
I did find a really neat Stainless H/light pedestal for a Peterbuilt on the web - One pod takes two lights!.

Greybeard, you be much more adventurous and motivated than I!!!

Thanks for the tip.
Mine are only three years old, so hopefully . . . Just realized my TJ has 7" headlights!!!
So FATBOY what are you saying. How much do you want for the daymakers

When one drives a 23 year old LandRover Discovery with barely adequate lights in the depths of winter - One is motivated.

I do understand, Amigo, and sympathize as I realize Land Rover is a POS - according to Consumer Reports.
Naturally they also report my Jeep Wrangler is a POS! WTF?

Hey Guys,
I am new to the forum but here is my 2 cents on a lamp I installed on my Vmax. Very similar to this one. It was far superior to the original lamp and has been on the bike about 7 months with no issues. I noticed tonight as I was riding after dark that my R3 headlights are very dim and thought I should consider upgrading. This is the first time I have ridden this bike after dark as I have only had it 2 days. Is there possibly an electrical issue that would make the stock headlights quite dim? They just don't seem adequate at all. Thanks for any advice!
Chris
