OK 60.99 per night 66.21 with tax for this price we need to take 15 rooms for this price. What does every one say

I am offering you the best deal in town I hope to serve you and all your friends we have plenty of free parking and we have a great all american food restaurant with a bar right across the parking lot with great american food and bar. we also have others within walking distance all our rooms are comfortable and clean and have microwaves, refrigerators, and coffee makers, high speed WIFI we have grills near pool and plenty of free Ice. We are only 11 miles from the Black Canyon national park and surrounded by great attractions. June is our busy month so I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Additional Information: Since you are not sure how many exact rooms will be taken I need to have someguidelines in place if your group takes up to 15 rooms the rate for all will be 60.99 but if less than 15 book the reservation the rate goes up to $65.99 + tax. I will hold 25 rooms until 5/23/14 and any unused reservations will be released and bookable by other guest.
All guest rooms include, a king size bed or 2 queen size beds, oversized work desk, lounge
chair, 27" TV with HBO & ESPN2, Wet Bar Area with microwave and refrigerator, In room
coffee, hair dryer, and complimentary Wi-Fi.

ooops...not a good option...County Rd 12 west from Crested Butte turns out to be mostly gravel.
