2.5L Rocket Stroker Engine Kit with 6 Speed Transmission (R&D)

Will the next one have the sixth gear dog in the shifting drum or just the shafts in the box? Oh and did you keep the same modal pitch of the gear teeth as all the others or did you have to alter it?
Very interesting. So 1516 rpms at 55 if someone shifts her into sixth then. So what are the mapping plans for fueling and timing and other various ecu technical filtercarb ?

Next one (hopefully!) will be the whole lot, inc new shift drum with 6th gear tracks, assembled and turning over/shifting by hand.
Difficulty is the plastic does not have the same accuracy, tolerance or surface smoothness as steel, so sliding parts etc aren't so "slidy".

All gear tooth specs are the same as is in the box.

Re mapping, I did have a faulty GPS before that read 6th gear on the clock, bike still ran ok iirc. I didn't drive around all day on it or dyno it like that, but it appears I3 covers all gears north of 3rd, and so on. I wonder is the map architecture based on a 6 gear map.
Anywho if there are any probs,,,,, we do have Alain :)

Ok I'm still backed up on the gear calcuations plus from your design of the hob/ generator cutter to produce these gears. Especially not knowing you general same as gear tooth specs. My fist question would be from simple gear caculations
Given the ratio you say it will achieve can you give one gear element and one tooth element of each for us ?

I reckon one could modify the GP Sensor so the bike thinks it is on fifth when it is in sixth.

I'm pretty dam sure my cluster displayed a "6" VERY BRIEFLY after I reconnected the gps etc following the first gbox rebuild
