    I want to put an extra long Kuryakyn Longhorn Iso-Shift peg on my heal-toe Classic shifter. Has anyone done this? The standard one looks like it's welded on. I am thinking of cutting it off, grinding it flat, and either drilling a hole or tapping some threads.
