Starter Relay Location Question?

From looking at the relay pic, you can see it's a 30a / 40a 5 pin relay. Indicators do not need a 30 - 40amp supply, but a starter does, so from that, I'd be going for it's a starter relay. Pull it & see if the starter works, easy. Or if the starter isn't working, test the relay or just replace it.

That's why I asked, there's only one relay there, not 2, the manual is wrong.
Well, it's not the starter relay, I replaced it, and I'm pretty sure it's not the clutch switch, had it out, cleaned it, tried it with plungerboth in and out.. It's gotta be a bad connection somewhere. It tries, rotates the engine 1 or 2 revolutions around 50% of the tries, nothing the other 50%. Then you have to wait for for ECU to reset. Going to check starter connections, and I do have another starter. Last time I tried it it started several times, today it just starts to turn, then goes dead.

OK don't carve this in stone
there is only one relay there because on the touring the the turn signal blinker is some where else so that leaves the starter relay as the only relay
i think that you have other problems.
some one suggested that you remove that relay and see if the starter wouldn't due the main click to make sure that was the starter relay.
that relay may also work the lights. if you have enough battery.

in the triumph book it does show the one relay but does not say that it is the starter relay.

@Tripps On the touring the relay is on the right. There is no blinker relay or light relay, blinker diode is in the speedo, lights on a fuse. I know you bought a new battery recently, but after changing relay on right which is starter relay, put cables on that thing from your non running vehicle and try it, before moving on.

This picture is not wrong, it shows 2 relays and above the picture it says roadster classic then at the bottom below picture it says touring model and the picture is not there its missing, it should be under touring or next page, its not, its only 1 there if you have a touring and they probably felt like a correction is not needed because it is what it is, the flasher relay does not exist on touring single headlight bikes and dual headlight bikes do have a flasher relay, on the touring the relay is in the speedo, now decosse explained that to me so i hope were strait now.
