WTF are these called & are they still made

Hi all,
can anyone tell me what these are called? Link Removed I bought them for my 2007 R3 Tourer so I could easily lift the bike with my platform bike lift. I've sold my bike and found these and am looking to sell them. I'm just not sure what they are called and whether or not they fit all models. Are they still made?
