They are now handled by a third party - Tritun. I imagine that third party is VERY closely associated with Triumph themselves.

I go to the Tritun.net site, go thru all the ringmarole to "purchase a subscription," then it says it will "transfer me to the Global Payments website" to take my money. But it doesn't. Just keeps flipping back to the application page.

Tried all sorts of combinations on the application page. No difference.

Have emailed Tritun support. No response.

Have checked with my dealer, emailed the Oz distributors, emailed Triumph Australia. They all tell me it's "available" at the Tritun site, but can't help explain why it doesn't work.

Have now emailed Triumph UK. Waiting to see if they respond.

I think someone in Europe may have succeeded. Nytrox?

Any clues??????????????

I am in the process of saving to pdf for the manual. I am saving the most common items. Guys please let me know if you need anything specific and ill print to pdf. All computers have this function. Just make sure you hit the printer icon on the document page and not your computers. I am using chrome works fine. took me ten minutes to find out how to access the documents you have to go to your account and click on your bike.

I used Tritun to download the entire T120 manual in 2017. I’ve seen on the triumphrat site lately that people aren’t able to download the entire manual for the twins or were having problems with it. I had used Firefox and there was a plugin someone came up with to help with downloading. I don’t believe I used the plugin. I first wasted money to buy individual sections. Then I found that you could download the entire manual as a pdf. I did this but the manual was incomplete. After the pdf download, I was able to save the entire manual as html, I believe from the file tab. Maybe there was a prompt to save it as html. I wound up with an html file and a lot of subfolders - the entire manual. I still have it. Is there no longer an option to download the entire manual?

Try using Firefox. Check this thread. You can try the plugin

Dont worry i have downloaded the whole manual which was 811 pdf documents with multiple pages on..... 1 hour and 55 minutes! £12. i am now off to the mental hospital lol!!
