I'd like to get rid of the 'clutch ' and ' sidestand ' safety cut-outs .. at least then if i'm having issues i'll know it's not them . Anyone gone ahead and got rid of them ?
wouldn't be hard to do TC

I haven't but it wouldn't be hard to do, basically solder the two wires together that go to the switch. Just have to close the circuit, done and done.

I bypassed the clutch safety switch by bridging the two connectors together. I didn't bother with the sidestand because it only works if the bike is in gear. If it is malfunctioning putting the bike in neutral will bypass it.

Hi all!
OK Here is a goodun.
I used to have the old cold start issue.
I have installed the secondary relay to the starter relay and it improved the spin of the starter motor, consequently the bike started alot easier right down to 0 degrees.
I have installed the headlight relays and improved the beam quality and again reduced the load on the ignition switch.
I had completely bypassed the ignition switch and installed the three relays setup with a toggle switch for the ignition. This did not make any difference at all so I changed it back.
I have had great success with the double relay feed on the starter circuit till a couple of days ago. Now when I turn on the ignition all is good but when I press the starter button the bike cranks a part turn, stops, then resets on the startup sequence, like a flat battery fault. The battery has a full 12.68v and I have even tried to jump it from a boost pack which has 12.38v and which has usually been successful.
I have been through checking all relay connections, fuses and modified/repaired wiring connections. Could this be a sensor issue somewhere?
