Where do i start looking??

Ha ha ha haaa!!!, Fred, i fixed it!!
Before i saw your post i talked to Uncle Jesse on the phone and he directed me to the relays.
Here is the order;

Front relay; Fuel pump.
middle relay;EMS (emissions?)
back relay;Cooling fan.

The relays are located under the right side cover just below the seat, in case anybody wonders.

Somebody please correct if we are wrong

So it was a bad relay ?

Yes it was a bad relay he started it up while talking to me warmed up and fan came on correctly

Jesse is correct, it was a bad relay, a$17.00 fix, very painless!

I just installed a stebel horn, and ran a fuse block Friday night. Saturday I took off for a ride and my check engine and water temperature light came on. I plugged in tune ECU and saw it was low voltage or a short. rode Saturday night and all day Sunday.
Dug around under the tank this morning and found a plug had come apart.
