I would say the fly screen works as intended, it definitely pushes the air up. I'll be looking for a bigger one for longer riding but the small screen works quite well.
...Thanx for that...i received the 'infill' seat yesterday for my GT which i ordered a few weeks back...looking ahead....funny huh?...i'm getting stuff already and the bike dosnt get here till may/june!
I want to have that 'solo seat' look now and then on short rides.
Got some handlebar clamps to mount the radar detector onto the other day too...
What else do i want?...uuuummmm....?

I think little flyscreens are a minor help. I guess some is better than none. Be design this bike is not a full screen touring bike. I am sure people will develop and add this kind of thing but it is against the original theme.
As a fly screen it works very well. takes the air up off my body; but not over the helmet. Definitely is a good wind break for the small screen that it is.

I'm gonna set mine up for longer touring here and there. Bikes are whatever you want them to be. The only theme or opinion that matters is the user's own.
In "Zen and the Art" , pirsig rides across the country on a 305cc bike -- with his kid on the back! That was his theme.
